Glen Stapleton, of the Gaston Bank, i has been named as administra- tor, and as Maas had no heirs in j America it will be up to the ad : ministrator to find his heirs in Germany. I Carl Lindholm, who several years ago was ordered to con tribute $25 per month toward the support of wife and child, is in limbo in the county jail for not paying. Lindholm heard that complaint had been made that he was delinquent and was coming here to find out. He wa3 met at the door by the Sheriff, who took him into cus tody. He says it has been next to impossible to get more work than he needed to keep himself during the hard times, and that he has sent his wife every dollar , l.e could rake up. Judge Bagley Tuesday evening dismissed the jury, the venire to he called some time early in April, when Judge Campbell will exchange benches with the court At that time there will be four jury trials, one the Lyda case, Three civil cases are involved, and Judge Bagley deems himself disqualified because of having been retained in them prior to his going on the bench. Circuit court does not open in Tillamook until May, and by that time tne docket will be fairly well cleaned up on cases. A Leap Year party was given at the home of Mr. and Mrs. v. Klatt,.
